Quote and Proposal Writer - Environment Testing

📋 Description

• Create formal quotes and proposals based on client specs and lab services.
• Ensure the lab has appropriate certifications and can meet specifications.
• Collaborate with outside sales, account managers, and technical staff as needed.
• Transition project wins from Business Development to Project Management.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Hours: M-F 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm EST.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least one year of related experience
• Professional proficiency in English (read, write, speak)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Marketing/Sales (or related experience)
• 3+ years of related experience in environmental lab testing
