- Orchestrate delivery of large-scale initiatives across writing, design, digital tooling, and
- Own and manage schedules to hit launch readiness milestones.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Partner with Supply Chain to manage BOM and readiness for launch.
- Monitor velocity, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- 5-8+ years managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or publishing.
- Fluent in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Stage-Gate approaches.
- Experience shipping products across web and physical contexts.
- Expert tooling: Smartsheet; familiarity with Monday.com.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
