📋 Description Moderate user-generated content in English and German per client guidelines. Read, assess, and apply codes to text, images, and videos in a queue-based environment. Review performance feedback to minimize errors and meet metrics. Attend coaching calls and adapt to schedule, including weekend hours. Work 16-29 hours per week, with some hours on weekends as required. Utilize Google apps, Slack, and forums to manage performance expectations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of content moderation experience. Professional English and German proficiency (written and spoken). US residency with authorization to work; must reside in TX, AR, FL, GA, IL, NC or OH. 3+ years in a fast-paced office environment; ability to read and judge content quickly. Comfort with learning new web tools and collaborating remotely.
