Lead end-to-end enterprise rollouts: onboarding, enablement, champions, scalable adoption. Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams. Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs. 🎯 Requirements Experience at the intersection of business and technology in customer-facing roles. Ability to translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes. Understanding of modern engineering orgs, SDLC, developer workflows, and tool adoption. Strong communication with developers and senior executives. Analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and act.
