Worker Engagement Specialist

📋 Description Lead deployment of digital worker voice programs in French-speaking African nations. Lead supplier platform training and technical support. Manage grievances in programs with digital grievance mechanisms. Provide investigation/remediation support as requested by brands. Develop and update supplier/worker onboarding materials. Maintain regular communication with supplier management and internal stakeholders to ensure 🎯 Requirements Social compliance or labour rights background with supply chains, ethical procurement, grievance 5+ years in global supply chain, delivering social or labour impact projects. Excellent English and French communication skills. Organized, conscientious, accountable; customer/client services experience.
