📋 Description Manage database reviews, schedules, and ITMR system support requests to ensure accurate and timely Review live shipment data to maintain high levels of accuracy and operational quality. Provide guidance and expertise on customs laws, regulations, procedures, and compliance Analyze customs clearance workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures related to system usage and operational Monitor compliance-related issues and communicate recommendations to leadership teams. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 5 years of customs brokerage experience. CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) designation required; CTCS designation considered an asset. Strong working knowledge of ITMR and ECM systems. Experience analyzing operational processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Ability to interpret customs regulations and apply compliance requirements effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 🎁 Benefits Competitive annual salary range of $52,000–$67,000 CAD based on experience and location.
