📋 Description Oversee litigation with emphasis on personal injury matters. Collaborate with Legal Team to align litigation strategy with Lyft’s goals. Manage discovery, motions, witness prep, trial and appeals. Guide management on litigation matters and cross-functional needs. Coordinate with outside counsel, staffing, budgets, and strategy. Communicate with carriers and third parties as needed. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of litigation experience at a top firm or in-house. J.D. from a top-tier law school; active state bar member. In-house tech clients experience preferred; strong problem solving. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
