📋 Description Own metrics for a product area and drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, and Find opportunities in user behavior and translate them into product bets with PMs and engineers. Design and run experiments and act on results. Build instrumentation, semantic models, and agents used by the product team. Ensure data quality, definitions, and lineage are trustworthy. 🎯 Requirements Product-minded data scientist who owns outcomes and ships bets, not just insights. Build systems, not one-offs: instrumentation, metrics, and proactive alerting. Strong SQL, Python, applied statistics, and experimentation (A/B and growth tests). Deep intuition for user behavior: activation, engagement, retention, and drivers. Ability to ship directional answers quickly while knowing when rigor is needed. Entrepreneurial, autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity; collaborates with product and engineering.
