📋 Description The Instructional Coach, Literacy partners with district and school leaders to strengthen literacy Supports implementation of Amplify's literacy programs by building educator capacity and driving Collaborates with educators and leadership to tailor coaching strategies to district priorities. Travel locally across Forest Hills Public Schools area to support educators (up to 4 days/week). Deliver sessions virtually or in-person as needed, including professional development sessions. 🎯 Requirements Passionate about literacy and deep knowledge of structured literacy 5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 ELA teaching experience with demonstrable results Experience leading coaching engagements and PD for educators Experience analyzing data to inform practice Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) and related tools 🎁 Benefits Health and Wellness benefits, 401(K), Paid Time Off and holidays, training opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer; accommodations available
