Senior Data Business Analyst

📋 Description Gather, analyze, and document source-to-target data mapping requirements. Bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Collaborate during development, unit testing, and functional testing. Validate migrated data; support data quality and cleanup. Facilitate discussions on data structures, scope, rules, and edge cases. Create reports and dashboards to track migration. 🎯 Requirements Advanced / Fluent English (C1+). Experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in large-scale data migration projects. Strong experience with data mapping, data transformations, and data lineage concepts. Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience supporting testing, validation, and defect resolution activities.
