Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description Lead recruitment activities with direct sourcing and KPI delivery. Coach and mentor RSSs, TAs, RCs across the account. Communicate market trends and provide consultative advice to hiring managers. Collaborate with AGS COEs and shared services to meet client needs and prevent escalations. Anticipate roadblocks and develop proactive solutions. Build and maintain Talent Pools and monitor recruitment activity for volume forecasting. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience conducting behavioral based interviews. Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
