📋 Description Support customers by guiding health insurance options in a fast-paced call center. Conduct phone consultations to help customers understand plans and make informed decisions. Assist sales activities via inbound calls, lead follow-ups, and cross-sell when appropriate. Meet performance targets for sales and service quality. Maintain accurate customer data across multiple systems. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery. 🎯 Requirements Ability to obtain or hold an active resident state health insurance license. Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales development. Customer service experience with strong phone communication. Ability to learn insurance concepts quickly and navigate multiple applications. Organizational skills to manage conversations and maintain accuracy. Coachable, with integrity and customer focus; able to work independently and in a team. 🎁 Benefits Competitive hourly pay of approximately $20 USD/hour.
