📋 Description Lead, coach, and mentor Government Pricing Analysts to ensure high-quality work and development. Oversee daily workload, prioritize assignments, and monitor deliverables to meet deadlines. Provide hands-on expertise in Federal Drug Programs (AMP, BP) and related programs (ASP, NFAMP Review, validate, and approve pricing calculations, reconciliations, and client reporting. Ensure timely submission of government pricing reports and handle pricing escalations. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to address questions and improvements. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field. 3+ years in pharmaceutical Government Pricing. 1–3 years of team leadership or mentoring experience. Strong knowledge of pricing regulations and methodologies; experience with iContracts, Model N Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
