Commercial Renewals Manager

📋 Description Renew contracts across APJ to ensure retention and revenue growth. Collaborate with sales, customer success, and legal to execute renewal strategies. Manage a large portfolio of customer contracts and renewals with timely follow-up. 🎯 Requirements Experience in renewals, customer success, sales, account management, or equivalent customer-facing Comfort negotiating complex license agreements. Experience with customers across APJ including Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Korea. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple renewals, and meet deadlines; proactive and self-motivated. Experience recording information in CRM systems; ability to collaborate across teams.
