📋 Description Senior Partner Sales Support Specialist based in the Philippines to enable Enterprise Partner Provide day-to-day partner support across all regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) including deal Own and process smaller partner-sourced deals end-to-end in internal systems to ensure fast Manage internal system administration (Salesforce, deal desk, CPQ) to remove friction in the Coordinate partner onboarding, ensure system setup and tool training for effective transactions. Maintain partner CRM data hygiene, accurate pipeline inputs, and timely leadership reporting. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in sales support, sales operations, or partner operations within SaaS/tech. Strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and productivity platforms. Excellent English communication; highly organized with multi-time-zone prioritization. Experience in globally distributed teams and supporting AMER/EMEA time zones. Detail-oriented with bias toward action and process improvement.
