📋 Description Own and grow relationships with top VIP derivatives traders on Coinbase. Source and convert new high-value traders from competitor venues. Monitor market structure, client flows, and competitor offerings. Maintain pipeline and forecast; report KPIs; document client interactions in CRM. Reactivate dormant traders using data-driven incentives. Build AI-powered workflows to scale coverage. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years in sales or business development in financial services, trading, or crypto. Fluency with derivatives products (futures, options, perps). Data-driven with dashboards, CRMs, and analytics experience. Background in business, finance, economics, or related field. Pre-existing network of institutional derivatives traders preferred.
