YouTube Podcast Producer (Contract)

📋 Description Own per-episode execution and longform YouTube packaging for podcast portfolio Write show notes and YouTube descriptions, create thumbnail briefs, and ensure on-time, fully Report performance across Megaphone, YouTube Studio, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Veritonic Manage packaging frameworks to optimize for search and discovery Support launch of a Smart Travel YouTube channel and potential portfolio expansion Collaborate with hosts, producers, designers, and marketing managers to ship episodes 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on podcast and/or YouTube production experience Experience with podcast hosting and analytics platforms (Megaphone, Apple Podcasts, Spotify for Hands-on with SEO/keyword tools for podcasts/YouTube (Ausha, vidIQ) or similar Ability to manage recurring publishing schedules and cross-functional deliverables Experience with personal finance or regulated editorial environments is a plus Strong writing skills for show notes, descriptions, and metadata 🎁 Benefits Remote role (based in the U.S.) with flexible, collaborative environment Ownership of multi-show publishing and packaging Opportunity to grow with the podcast portfolio
