REMOTE OPERATIONS CENTRE: DATA QUALITY SPECIALIST » Description: Contract: Consultant Hours: Flexible Shifts (includes daytime shifts, weekday evening and weekends) Location: Remote Operations Centre, Mladost 4, Sofia Fee: 80 EUR / shift Contract Term: August 2026 » Description of Services We require Data Quality Specialists to deliver services to our Sofia Remote Operations Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in work at the forefront of sports technology, serving a passionate and dynamic global team. Your services will support the successful delivery of technology for a range of elite sporting events. The scope of services will include data processing, quality control and system monitoring. The hours are flexible and varied based on the requirements of specific events and service deliveries. Service delivery is based around 8 hr shifts which include weekdays, weekends and evening shifts. Shifts are resourced flexibly to match availability and skillset as required by specific event schedules; however, consultants will be expected to offer availability for at least 4 days per week. » Key Deliverables : Supporting operational teams with various tasks, including: Pre, during and post-event checks Monitoring data quality during live events Identifying, investigating and correcting issues or anomalies in the data using Hawk-Eye tools and software Processing and exporting data outputs for downstream storage and distribution Completing post-match reports for client delivery Analysis of data to identify future improvements Reporting on service delivery outcomes (quality and efficiency) » Requirements & Skills A strong technical grounding Acceptance that the nature of our business means that flexibility is essential.
