Senior Professional Services Consultant - German

📋 Description Lead customer engagements and participate in global rollouts. Drive end-to-end onboarding: Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, Adoption. Assist sales with complex scoping and value demonstrations. Maintain client records and milestones in Wrike, Salesforce, and others. Ensure successful engagements and meet key success metrics. Advocate for customers and influence product roadmap. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in consulting/customer-facing roles. PM/Agile/Lean certs a plus; strong change management skills. Deep understanding of one industry/segments (Marketing/Creative, IT, Professional Services, PMO). Ability to discuss technical options and drive digital transformation.
