Product Manager

📋 Description Own day-to-day product management activities: roadmap, backlog, requirements, acceptance criteria. Lead AI-powered workflows: evaluate performance, optimize prompts, improve agent effectiveness. Analyze product metrics and translate data into decisions. Collaborate with engineering, support ops, and analytics to improve workflows and AI quality. Drive UAT, rollout planning, stakeholder comms, and iterative enhancements. Facilitate regular product reviews with leadership. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience, able to work independently. Proven experience owning AI-powered products, AI agents, or agentic workflows. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation methods, workflow optimization, and AI Experience managing internal platforms, workflow tools, or knowledge-based AI solutions. Experience building chat-based or collaboration-platform products with integrations.
