📋 Description Design and develop algorithm strategies for user growth: segmentation, intelligent recommendation Build user lifecycle models (LTV, churn, conversion) from user behavior data to drive decisions. Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate growth strategies and iterate. Explore user characteristics with ML and causal inference to improve retention and conversion. Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to translate algorithms into business growth. 🎯 Requirements Master's or Ph.D. in CS, Stats, Mathematics, AI or related field; available to intern at least 4 Solid ML foundation; familiar with models like LR, GBDT, DNN and their applications. Proficient in Python; experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn. Strong SQL skills to extract and analyze data. Familiarity with recommender systems, causal inference, reinforcement learning, or optimization.
