📋 Description Own the end-to-end payments roadmap across card-present and card-not-present environments. Define payment media presentation and acceptance (chip, contactless, wallets, tokens). Simplify payment flows for merchants (refunds, tips, adjustments, stand-in authorizations). Monitor key metrics: authorization rates, latency, reconciliation; drive improvements. Collaborate with risk/compliance and GTM to ensure PCI DSS adherence and differentiation. Lead discovery with processors, acquirers, gateways, and partners for opportunities. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product management, 3+ years in payments/fintech. Proven leadership, vision, and ability to influence stakeholders. Deep understanding of card-present and card-not-present payments and flows. Experience with merchants’ economics, interchange, and settlement. Experience with processors, acquirers, gateways, or card networks.
