📋 Description Own roadmap for MeridianLink Collect, our cloud-based collections and recovery platform for credit Lead continuous discovery with FI partners using interviews, analytics, and performance data. Write PRDs and user stories for full delinquency lifecycle: outreach, workout, and post-recovery. Drive agile ceremonies and maintain backlog aligned to team OKRs. Define and monitor KPIs in collections to inform prioritization and show impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and unblock delivery. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in product management. Proven end-to-end product ownership: discovery, definition, delivery, iteration. Experience managing API-integrated software with multiple stakeholders. Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
