Head of Data Science (12m fixed-term contract)

📋 Description Lead and grow Marshmallow’s data science team in a fast-paced, commercial role. Own delivery of data science projects across pricing, risk-based decisioning, and GenAI initiatives. Partner with engineering, product and pricing to set technical direction and trade-offs. Maintain high standards of technical quality across modelling and data lifecycle. Drive measurable business impact and a culture of **ownership** and collaboration. 🎯 Requirements Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong background as a senior data science contributor with end-to-end ML delivery. Experience influencing technical direction across DS and Engineering; scalable model/service Strong stakeholder management; able to communicate trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
