📋 Description Design, test, and build statistical models and reports for the Mystics. Collaborate with programmers, developers, statisticians, analysts, and data scientists on research Support decision-making for Washington Mystics alongside front office. Translate data-driven results into actionable basketball decisions and recommendations. Integrate novel research, metrics, and models into applications. Summarize data from existing and new partners in innovative ways. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in STEM (Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Data Science, etc.). Experience with basketball data, including play-by-play and tracking data (e.g., Second Spectrum). Proficiency with SQL and database tools. Experience using Python, R, or other statistical languages. Data visualization fundamentals and tools; strong analytical skills and communication. High integrity, ability to handle confidential information, and strong time management. 🎁 Benefits Pay range: $110k - 130k USD. Eligible for health and welfare benefits.
