Director of Product - Cards

📋 Description Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClearBank's cards product. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to enhancement. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to deliver card solutions. Manage scheme compliance, billing manuals, interchange, and mandates. Oversee authentication and transaction authorisation journeys. Drive commercial performance with Card P&L and pricing models. 🎯 Requirements Deep understanding of Card Issuance (including Debit Issuance), 7+ years. Knowledge of Card Scheme frameworks (Visa preferred). Experience with Card Processing partners. Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership. 5+ years of Senior Product Manager leadership.
