📋 Description Lead school student support systems for students with greatest needs Design and execute special education, MTSS, and intervention systems Coach teachers and support staff; monitor student outcomes Collaborate with Principal and regional teams on aligned systems Oversee external stakeholders and state compliance for SPED Lead MTSS pre-service programs for Tier 2/3 interventions 🎯 Requirements Highly Qualified status per PA Department of Education 2+ years urban special ed teaching, 1+ year coaching Bachelor’s degree Strong relationship-building and communication skills Data analysis skills to drive decisions Organized, multi-tasking, with growth mindset 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $101,500-$128,500 (K-12 Principal experience) Health, vision, dental, telehealth, FSA 403B matching program Professional growth & leadership pathways Authenticity & belonging culture Well-being support and team-building
