Senior Project Manager

📋 Description Lead end-to-end project and program management activities from planning to closure. Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and communications. Drive implementation, rollout, and adoption of products/services per customer requirements. Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure high satisfaction. Facilitate steering meetings, status updates, and executive communications. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, forecasts, and documentation. 🎯 Requirements Strong experience managing customer-facing technology projects in IT professional services or Solid understanding of project management methodologies; PMI standards and practices. PMP certification is preferred but not required. Experience leading complex projects with technical teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise Knowledge of contact center operations or related technologies is a plus.
