📋 Description Lead SAP Utilities / CCS BIL projects, programs, and AMS services. Coordinate support activities including incidents, problems, service requests, improvements, and Monitor project indicators, priorities, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality. Ensure governance of CCS BIL processes, including tariff calculation engines, billing scenarios Support integrations between billing processes and FI-CA environments. Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and 🎯 Requirements Solid experience in IT project, program, or service management. Experience working with SAP Utilities environments. Knowledge and practical experience with SAP CCS BIL billing and invoicing processes. Experience with AMS (Application Management Services), SAP support, and system evolution Understanding of Meter-to-Cash business processes.
