Business Analyst

📋 Description Own data integration requirements between Partex.AI and data sources. Document data flow, trigger mechanisms, and data mappings. Decide which integrations use SQL Server DWH vs Databricks and plan migrations. Translate requirements for the Data and Technology team with clear rules. Sequence integrations by business priority for value delivery. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as a Business/Systems Analyst or related role. Experience with data integration, field mapping, and business rules. Strong data quality analysis and agile delivery experience. Experience in clinical research, pharma, life sciences, or regulated industries. Understand schemas, APIs, and basic SQL. Able to document data/process flows. Familiar with MDM concepts and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps/OnePlan. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote nearshore opportunity for a US-based client.
