📋 Description Lead the delivery of complex DEIB initiatives from planning through execution. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and staffing for successful delivery. Partner with clients and internal teams to define goals and deliver solutions. Apply DEIB expertise to assess cultures and design inclusive approaches. Facilitate workshops with senior leaders and stakeholders to support change. Coach and support team members to produce high-quality outputs. 🎯 Requirements Strong knowledge of current DEIB research, practices, and frameworks. Proven experience delivering complex projects in consulting, design, or organizational Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, and risks. Ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Strong client management and stakeholder expectation skills.
