Analyze product performance using data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years of product management experience in insurance or employee benefits, with Group Benefits Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred. Deep knowledge of Group Life, AD&D, Disability, PFML products, and market trends. Proven experience managing complex product initiatives from strategy to launch. Strong understanding of product filings, regulatory interpretation, and compliance.
