📋 Description Provide SME on information security requirements during supplier contract negotiations and redlines. Translate supplier security risk assessment results into practical contractual recommendations aligned with enterprise risk standards. Review and evaluate supplier contract language for compliance with security policies and governance. Apply approved fallback language and guide stakeholders through security-related contract negotiations. Document security exceptions, risk acceptance decisions, deviations, and non-standard positions per governance. Facilitate escalations and governance reviews for terms exceeding approved risk tolerances. 🎯 Requirements Experience in third-party risk management, supplier security assessments, or contract management. Strong understanding of information security principles and translating risks to business guidance. Proven ability to collaborate with legal, procurement, cybersecurity, and risk teams. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting governance, exception management, and policy interpretation.
