Lead local development in Japan; prioritize and ship features that matter to customers. Set technical/product direction for the Japan-based team as the customer base scales. Translate feedback and market context into actionable product requirements. Drive end-to-end issue triage and rapid, technically sound responses. 🎯 Requirements Strong technical background (engineering, computer science, robotics, automotive) with ability to Excellent written and verbal English and Japanese; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders. Proven track record in product management, technical program management or customer-facing Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence across cross-functional, cross-geography teams.
