📋 Description Own end-to-end design for Observe surfaces (AI SRE, APM, Metrics, Log/Trace Explorers) Define interaction models for complex observability workflows Prototype early with AI-enabled tools; iterate with engineering Collaborate with PM/engineering as a design peer; shape product direction Contribute to Observe's design system and patterns Present work to cross-functional stakeholders and incorporate feedback 🎯 Requirements 5+ years product design experience on complex, data-heavy or developer-facing products Strong eye for layout, motion, affordances, visual polish Portfolio showing ability to design powerful, intuitive software Comfort designing for technical users and engineering tradeoffs Experience with AI-native surfaces: chat interfaces, agent-driven workflows Prototype-first mindset; show it rather than describe it 🎁 Benefits Confidentiality and security standards adherence Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling team
