📋 Description Own defined supply chain digital product capabilities from discovery to continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional workstreams across IT, Source COE, buyers, planners, suppliers, and external Deliver scalable, user-centered digital capabilities reducing manual work and increasing visibility. Translate business problems into product outcomes and acceptance criteria. Manage capability-level priorities aligned with enterprise roadmap. Oversee adoption, release readiness, and post-launch support. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 8 years experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a master’s degree, or Experience owning a digital product capability or leading end-to-end enterprise software Backlog prioritization and trade-off decisions based on value, risk, and dependencies. Ability to translate problems into requirements, user stories, and process designs. Strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority.
