Change Manager

📋 Description Develop and execute change strategies across the EMEA region Lead stakeholder engagement, identifying influencers and managing resistance Design and deliver change communications and training across countries Conduct change impact assessments and create transition roadmaps Coach and mentor teams on change management with HR/IT/Operations leaders Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies with real-time feedback 🎯 Requirements Proven change management experience across multi-country environments Expertise in ADKAR or similar frameworks Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills Excellent communication and senior leadership presentation abilities Proficiency in programme and project management principles Formal certification in change management (APMG, Prosci, or equivalent) 🎁 Benefits Hybrid working policy with home/office flexibility Disability Confident Committed employer Opportunities to work with global teams Offices in Bracknell, London and Birmingham
