📋 Description Own the roadmap for developer-facing products (REST APIs, MCPs, SDKs, API playground). Define primitives for agentic R&D workflows and ensure developer usability. Enable scalable partner extensibility; collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Own the developer experience end-to-end; close gaps in docs, APIs, and support. Establish feedback loops via interviews, signals, and usage data to shape roadmaps. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years PM with API/SDK or developer platform ownership. Technical fluency: read code, review API specs, talk with engineers. Developer empathy; focus on AI-era tooling for Benchling. Familiar with APIs, SDKs, docs, and onboarding; understands tradeoffs. Strong written and verbal communication; crisp requirements.
