Digital Project Manager

📋 Description Manage and track project plans, scope, and budgets. Coordinate account discovery, capture notes, manage client expectations. Maintain and deepen ongoing client relationships. Develop client strategies; create reflection docs and briefs. Train clients on CMS use and web best practices. Support content creation for newsletters, websites, publications. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of digital project management experience (agency preferred). Experience managing complex website projects. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Basecamp, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage client expectations. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology preferred. Knowledge of website maintenance; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
