📋 Description Frame business requirements and objectives as succinct data science problems. Extract, clean and transform data for Integrated Customer Experience problems. Deploy analytics and ML models across the Ajua Product Stack. Collaborate with product teams to design experiments and report results. Pursue data science skill growth; write readable code; anticipate product issues. Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in data science and ML; degree in CS/Stats/Math/Engineering. Fluent in Python and SQL; strong with numpy/scipy/spacy; basic R. Experience with end-to-end ML; NLP is a plus; TensorFlow/PyTorch. Publications or patents a plus; stay current with ML research. Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
