Stay close to the work by leading the most important and ambiguous product initiatives yourself. Go deep on difficult problems: talk to users, design experiments, analyze results. Partner closely with design, engineering, and research to bring new ideas into the world. Establish product reviews, planning rhythms, and decision processes. 🎯 Requirements You've spent the last decade building software people love to use. You've led product teams, but you still enjoy owning important projects yourself. You excel at cross-discipline collaboration among designers, engineers, and analysts. Using Claude Code and Cursor are part of your workflow. You are comfortable talking to users and reviewing experiments.
