📋 Description Support the Decor assortment for Balsam Hill with Merchandising. Manage data for seasonal line lists, PIFs, and the PIM system. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and organization across items. Review vendor-provided product information to resolve discrepancies. Coordinate cross-functional updates to enable on-time launches. Analyze data to drive merchandising strategies and lifecycle decisions. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years merchandising experience. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Microsoft Excel, intermediate proficiency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
