📋 Description Analyze data to identify trends and key drivers. Define reporting requirements, KPIs, and success criteria with stakeholders. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for decision making. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data. Support ETL and collaborate with data engineering to improve pipelines. Ensure data quality and governance across analytics initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent. Strong SQL and data analysis experience. Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms. Experience supporting ETL and data pipelines. Healthcare/RCM data exp. and Power BI dashboards preferred.
