Senior Manager, Data Science (Brazil)

📋 Description Lead and mentor a high-performing data science team in blockchain, intelligence, and ML. Drive technical innovation across Airflow, BigQuery, Kafka, Python for scalable pipelines. Collaborate with engineering, product, and intelligence teams to transform blockchain data into insights. Help make TRM the market leader in blockchain Attribution with high accuracy and usability. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to grow the team's technical and product maturity. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years managing data science or ML teams. Proven experience with large-scale data systems (BigQuery, Snowflake). Strong Python programming and production code practices (git, testing, notebooks). Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative field (CS, Stats, Physics, Engineering). Advanced degree preferred.
