Senior Data Analyst - Loan Product & Customer

📋 Description Analyze loan user behavior across lifecycle: application to delinquency and churn. Build dashboards and automated reports to track loan product performance and portfolio health. Deep-dive analyses on draw-down trends, repayment flows, and extensions. Identify high-value/high-risk segments; model credit behavior and LTV. Monitor data quality and integrity across loan and customer systems. Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for loan datasets. 🎯 Requirements Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken). 5+ years in data analysis, BI, or related analytics. Background in lending products, consumer finance, credit risk, or fintech. Strong SQL and at least one analytical language (Python or R).
