📋 Description Oversee end-to-end order process from submission to delivery. Prepare feasibility studies for satellite imagery to meet requirements. Plan satellite resources for capturing SAR imagery. Perform SAR image quality control to maintain standards. Resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Serve as vital interface between clients and ICEYE. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Geography, Remote Sensing, or Aerospace (or related field). Experience in customer excellence, account management, or customer-facing ops. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
