📋 Description Liaise between business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technical experts. Facilitate workshops to define terminology, standards, policies, and onboarding. Analyze source systems, profile data, and assess data quality for migrations. Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and specs. Collaborate with MDM, integration, and platform teams to validate mappings and standards. Identify data quality issues; support metadata management and data lineage. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Data Analytics, or related field. 7–9 years of experience in data governance, data management, or migrations. Strong expertise in data profiling, mapping, ETL, and enterprise data migration. Experience with Data Governance Councils or governance bodies. Proficiency with SQL, Python, relational databases, and data analysis.
