📋 Description Serve as Scrum Master for VA healthcare modernization teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and releases. Guide teams in Agile principles and Scrum practices to improve performance. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs. Identify and remove impediments hindering team delivery. Support release planning and cross-functional coordination. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile software development or IT modernization. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams. Experience supporting enterprise IT, software development, or healthcare modernization. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. 🎁 Benefits Familiarity with VA healthcare systems including VistA/CPRS. Familiarity with MUMPS-based healthcare applications. Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud modernization. Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards. Experience supporting large federal government IT programs. Certifications such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP preferred.
