📋 Description Architect end-to-end data science, ML, and agentic AI systems to production. Build, validate, and deploy high-complexity predictive models. Define enterprise AI/ML best practices, governance, lifecycle, and observability. Lead ambiguous problems with clear goals, priorities, and success metrics. Establish guardrails for AI to align user expectations with deliverables. Partner with Product, Eng, UX, and leadership to align DS with roadmap. 🎯 Requirements 10-15 years in data science, ML, or AI, with multi-team leadership. 3-5+ years leading and growing DS/ML/AI teams with mentoring. Depth in ML/AI, analytics, or applied data science; technical authority. Proven track record deploying ML/AI models to production at scale. Proficiency in Python and/or R; scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
