📋 Description Lead end-to-end lifecycle of LIMS/LIS for Clinical Diagnostics Europe. Manage a team of up to six Product Owners, BAs, and Analysts. Balance customer value, feasibility, compliance, and cost. Collaborate with IT, QA, deployment, operations, and security to deliver value. 🎯 Requirements Senior Product Management experience in a complex IT environment. Led multidisciplinary teams of up to six (Product Owners, Analysts). Strong knowledge of IT product lifecycles from strategy to delivery. Experience with cross-functional stakeholders across Business, IT, and vendors. Familiar with agile/hybrid delivery (Scrum and SAFe).
